Life of a Missionary in the God of Armies Prayer Community

In the God of Armies Prayer Community, a missionary is a dedicated Army of God who offers daily prayers and intercessions for all members of the community to Almighty God. We celebrate the Lordship of Jesus Christ, raising praises and recognizing Him as the God of Armies. Our missionaries are intercessors and pillars of strength within the community.

Founded on August 17, 2022 by Ilechukwu Michael Chikamso, a Catholic author and spiritual director, our community thrives on the Love of God. Anyone with a divine calling, regardless of marital status or gender, can become a missionary with us.

To join the God of Armies Prayer Community as a missionary, you must embrace the following graces:

1. Love: Cultivate the spirit of God's Love for one another.

2. Purity and Forgiveness: Seek God's grace to maintain a pure heart and practice forgiveness.

3. Chastity: For single missionaries, commit to abstaining from any sexual sin through the grace of God.

4. Fidelity in Marriage: For married missionaries, honor your lifelong commitment to your spouse.

5. Prayer and Sacrifice: Dedicate yourself to a life of prayer and sacrifice.

6. Prayer Life: Remain faithful to the community's daily prayer life, including the God of Armies prayer, the Holy Rosary, and Psalms 115, 116, 117, and 118.

7. Evangelization: Share the Good News, winning souls for the Kingdom of God and spreading the Gospel to everyone you meet.

8. Holiness: Avoid temptations to gossip, intimidation and slander, reflecting the Holiness of God.

9. Daily Prayers: Live a Holy Life by reciting the prayer of the God of Armies and the community Psalms every day.

10. Active lifestyle: Through daily exercise and walking prayers, practice self-discipline to inflict natural pain on the flesh as a sacrifice.

11. Monthly Consecration: Dedicate one day each month for prolonged prayer sessions, renewing your covenant with God.

12. Spirit-led Prayer: If you receive a special anointing, participate in prayers in tongues, deliverance, and prayer meetings.

13. Personal Prayer Time: Maintain your daily personal prayer time, as faithfulness in prayer leads to divine promotion and protection. Ignoring prayers can give the enemy access to our lives.
