Greetings to the People of the God of Armies Prayer Community.
Greetings to you in the name of the Living God,
Today, I write not just to teach — but to awaken something ancient and spiritual inside you. There is a kind of cry that shakes the heavens. A sound that breaks the silence of unanswered prayers. Not every tear reaches the throne of God. But when the cry of holy desperation rises from a soul that has nothing left but God — heaven responds. I invite you today to walk with me into a teaching few understand, but many are about to encounter.
🕯️ The Story – The Girl Who Wouldn’t Let Go
Her name was Zimra.
Born in a desert remote village in Ethiopia, she was the only child of a mother who had gone mute after being abandoned by her husband.

Zimra grew up watching her mother write words in the sand just to communicate. Life was already hard — but things worsened when, at fifteen, Zimra developed a rare condition that slowly dried her blood, leaving her cold, fragile, and weak.
They sought help everywhere — churches, mosques, herbalists, clinics — but the sickness grew worse. Then one day, a Catholic missionary met her and gently placed a small rosary in her hand, whispering, “Call on Jesus, even if you don’t know how.”
That evening, Zimra began praying under a large mango tree near the village church. She didn’t know how to recite the Rosary. So, she prayed with what she had — her tears, her hunger, her gasps, and her silence. No Scripture, no hymns, just groans from a heart that was breaking.
A kind villager noticed her crying under the tree and, moved with compassion, gave her some bread. She took it and whispered, “Thank you,” to both the villager and to God.
Night after night, she returned to that same tree. Her prayers remained wordless, but they were full.
That same evening, as dark clouds gathered and the wind rose, the stars vanished from the sky. A fierce wind swept over the tree, and Zimra felt something like fire surge through her bones. Then she collapsed — unconscious for a few minutes.
When she awoke, her body was warm. Her limbs were no longer shaking. She stood slowly, breathing deeply — and for the first time in years, she felt alive.
Meanwhile, her mother, deeply worried when Zimra didn’t return that night, began searching the neighborhood. Weak and weary from their life of poverty, she barely had the strength to walk. Then a neighbor told her that Zimra had been seen near the church’s mango tree.

She’s now excelling in school.
She sent us this letter to be read to every heart going through pain across the world:
> “Keep trusting God through prayer. Even when you don’t know the words. Even when all you have are tears. Cry to Him — nothing is impossible for God to do.”
And so the village came to name her story:
“The Cry That God Can’t Ignore.”
🔥 Reflection – What is Holy Desperation?
There are many cries in Scripture. But not all provoked heaven.
> Blind Bartimaeus cried out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” and Jesus stopped.
Hannah wept bitterly at the altar, and heaven opened her womb.
The woman with the issue of blood didn’t say a word — but touched the hem of His garment with desperation.
David in Psalm 34:6 said, “This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles.”
Holy desperation is not loudness — it is surrender.
It is when your heart has no other direction but upward. When your words become fewer, but your spirit becomes deeper. Heaven doesn't ignore such cries — because they are echoes of Gethsemane.
Saint Teresa of Ávila once said:
“The tears shed for God are never lost. They water the dry ground of your soul and become rivers of healing.”
The cry that God cannot ignore is not a performance — it is a collapse into Him. It is the sound of a soul coming home, not asking for a blessing but asking for God Himself.
She rushed there. When she saw her daughter, she ran and embraced her — and in that moment, something holy happened. The woman who hadn’t spoken a word in years opened her mouth and declared:
“You cried, and He answered.”
Zimra was healed.
The cry of her soul had reached heaven.
But something else had happened too — her mother’s voice returned, and with it, her faith. Years of trauma and silence melted in that embrace. She, who had stopped believing in God after her husband abandoned them, looked up to the sky and said, “Thank You, Lord.”
As time passed, word of the miracle spread. The villagers, moved by the family’s story, reached out to help. A wealthy man among their kinsmen offered to sponsor Zimra’s education.

Closing Prayer — with Michael Chikamso
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
O God who hears the cry of the broken,
O Father of mercy and Lord of compassion,
Today we lift up our desperation,
Not just for healing, not just for help — but for You.
We pray for every reader who has prayed and waited,
Cried and waited,
Hoped and waited — that You, O Lord, will break the silence of heaven.
Let the cry of their soul reach You.
Let it break chains.
Let it open wombs.
Let it heal diseases.
Let it raise the dead.
Let it call fire from above and peace into their homes.
Lord, do not pass us by.
Let today be the day of answer.
Let them say, “He heard me.”
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I Trust in You.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
God of Armies Prayer God of Armies, God of gods, Christ Jesus, be praised forever, you are the greatest spiritual being of all time. Amen.
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come, our Lord and God. You are worthy to receive glory, honor, and power. For you created all things, and by your will, they were given existence and life. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord, our Lord Jesus Christ, the God of armies. You are worthy to take the scroll and to break open its seals. For you were killed, and by your sacrificial death, you purchased people for God from every tribe, language, nation, and race. You made them a kingdom of priests to serve our God, and they shall reign on earth. The Divine Lamb that was slain is worthy to receive power, wealth, wisdom, and strength, honor, glory, and praise to him who sits on the throne, and to the Divine Lamb. Be praise and honor, glory and might, forever and ever. Amen. We honor you, O God. Your power is so great.
🌹 Final Words from Michael Chikamso: A Call for the Cry that Moves Heaven
My dear reader,
If you feel forgotten — cry. If you have no words — groan. If you have no strength — weep.
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
He is not moved by grammar but by truth. Not by performance but by presence. Go now, find a quiet place. Cry to Him. Watch what happens.

💛 If this message blessed you today, consider sowing into this mission.

Topic: Recognizing and Managing Anemia
Just as Zimra suffered from a mysterious blood condition that weakened her body and drained her strength, many people today are living with undiagnosed anemia — a silent enemy that steals vitality, focus, and health, especially among women and children in low-resource settings.
🌡️ What is Anemia?
Anemia is a condition that occurs when your body lacks enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to your body’s tissues. This leads to fatigue, weakness, and in severe cases, life-threatening complications. It’s especially common in:
Women of reproductive age (due to menstruation and childbirth),
Children (due to poor diet or rapid growth),
The elderly, and
People with chronic diseases or intestinal parasites
🧭 Common Signs and Symptoms:
If you experience any of the following frequently, consider getting checked for anemia:
🛌 Fatigue and constant weakness even after rest
🫁 Shortness of breath while walking or doing simple tasks
❄️ Cold hands and feet, especially in warm weather
💨 Dizziness or light-headedness, especially when standing up quickly
👄 Pale skin, pale inner eyelids, or cracked lips
💓 Rapid or irregular heartbeat
🧠 Difficulty concentrating or mental fog
🍽️ Craving for non-food substances like ice, clay, or chalk (a condition called pica)
Left untreated, anemia can impair brain function, cause heart stress, increase the risk of infections, and severely affect quality of life.
🥬 Dietary Management: Feeding the Blood
Food is medicine, especially when it comes to anemia. A poor diet is one of the leading causes of anemia — but the good news is that many cases are completely reversible through nutrition. Here's how:
✅ Iron-Rich Foods (help build blood):
Spinach, kale, and other leafy greens
Red meat (beef, liver, lamb)
Chicken and turkey
Beans (black beans, kidney beans, lentils)
Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds
Tofu, eggs, fortified cereals
🍊 Vitamin C Sources (help absorb iron better):
Oranges, guavas, lemons, limes, tangerines
Bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli
Taking Vitamin C with iron-rich foods greatly increases absorption. For example, a spinach meal with a glass of fresh orange juice is much more effective than spinach alone.
🚫 Foods to Avoid During Meals:
These block iron absorption and should not be taken with iron-rich meals:
Excessive tea or coffee
Milk and calcium supplements
Whole grains with phytates (consume them at different times of the day)
🧪 Medical Support & Treatment Options:
In some cases, food is not enough, especially in moderate to severe anemia. Medical evaluation is essential.
Recommended Actions:
🩸 Do a blood test to check your hemoglobin level and iron stores.
💊 Iron supplements may be prescribed. Follow the doctor’s instructions carefully.
🐛 Deworm regularly, especially in children and rural areas.
🚺 Women with heavy periods should seek medical evaluation for underlying issues.
🍼 Pregnant women must attend antenatal care and take iron and folic acid supplements.
🙏🏽 Spiritual Wisdom: Prayer is to the Soul What Blood is to the Body
Zimra’s physical healing reminds us that sometimes, a miracle begins when we cry out to God — but she also received bread and rest. Faith and practical care worked together.
Just as blood sustains physical life, prayer sustains spiritual life. A body without blood cannot live — and a soul without prayer cannot grow.
Feed your body with foods that give life.
Feed your soul with prayers that restore hope.
Don’t ignore your health — your body is a sacred vessel created by God.
As it is written:
> “For the life of the flesh is in the blood...” — Leviticus 17:11
💬 Final Encouragement:
If you or your child is tired all the time, pale, or struggling to concentrate — don’t wait. Get tested. Eat wisely. Rest well. Pray deeply.
Jesus healed Zimra’s body and renewed her mother’s soul. Today, He can do the same for you — through both faith and wisdom.
Stay healthy.
Stay holy.
Let your blood be strong and your faith even stronger.
With care,
